We all do so much with our smartphones and tablets, why not make money with them too? Here are several apps that earn you cash or rewards. All of these are available on Android and iOs, so get started today.

1.   CheckPoints

CheckPoints will allow you to earn points for checking into local businesses, scanning products, watching ads, and more. You can redeem points for gift cards, prizes, even airline miles!

2.   EasyShift 

There are a variety tasks and assignments that you can do with EasyShift for cash and other rewards. You may find yourself taking photos, giving the price of something, or offering an opinion.

3.   Field Agent

Field Agent lets you earn money for small things that you can do around your neighborhood. Jobs typically pay between $3 and $12 depending on the amount of time that the job takes. Pays via PayPal or Dwolla. Field Agent also accepts agents in Australia, Canada, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom, but an iPhone is required in these countries.

4.   Gigwalk

Make money by completing small jobs (gigs) in and around your neighborhood. Gigwalk gigs pay between $3 and $100 and make take a few minutes to a couple of hours to complete. You might got to a local business and take photos or answer questions about product placement for Gigwalk’s clients.

5.   Ibotta 

Ibotta lets you earn money based on the groceries that you purchase. After purchasing items, you simply upload the receipt into the app to get your rebate!

6.   Inbox Dollars 

Inbox Dollars is a well-known online rewards club, but you can also take the earning opportunities everywhere you go with the app. Earn cash for reading emails, taking surveys, playing games, and more!

7.   National Consumer Panel (Nielsen Homescan in Canada)

Scan your weekly purchases for points that you can redeem for rewards with National Consumer Panel. The app is available on Android and iOS, but if you don’t have a smartphone or tablet, you will be provided with a scanner if you are accepted as a panelist.

8.   Receipt Hog 

Receipt Hog allows you to get paid for your receipts. You will receive coins that you can cash out via PayPal or redeem for gift cards.

9.  Shopkick 

Shopkick is a shopping app that offers in-store rewards and coupons at stores like Target and Macy’s. Earn “kicks” as soon you walk into stores that can be redeemed for rewards.

10.  Surveys on the Go 

With Surveys on the Go, you will be able to share your opinion on topics that really matter. At the same time, you will be paid $1 for every short survey that you answer.

11.  Viggle  

Viggle allows you to earn points by “checking in” to TV shows, movies, or music that you enjoy. The points can be redeemed for gift cards, merchandise, TV shows, ebooks, and more.  Viggle is available on Windows phones too.

  • I use a lot of these sites, but another one that I love is Perk rewards. I’m a big fan of the word search option, I love doing them, so why not get rewarded for playing a few games.
